At Naqabeen.com your satisfaction means everything to us. We aim to provide high-quality abayas, hijabs, stoles, namaz chaddars, and modest wear but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a wrong item, incorrect size, or defective product.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

When Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The item is damaged due to customer misuse, cutting, washing, stains, perfume, or alteration.

  • The item is not in its original condition or received without proper packaging and tags.

  • You request a return after the 3-day window from delivery.

  • The parcel was received in perfect condition, but damaged later by the customer.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Courier Partners

We ship nationwide using trusted courier services, including:
Leopard Courier, PostEx, TCS, and other reliable logistics partners.

Return Shipping

  • If the item delivered to you was defective or incorrect, Naqabeen.com will cover the return shipping.

  • For all other reasons, the customer may be responsible for sending the parcel back.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange.

Exchange Process

If the return is accepted:

  • A replacement for the same product will be sent, or

  • You may choose another item of equal value.

Refunds

We currently offer exchanges only. Refunds are only issued if the product you need is unavailable for replacement.

Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Ensure the parcel is packed securely when returning.

  • Naqabeen.com reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
